Hawaiian coffee is fantastic, all I ask is that my parents try it instead of letting it sit in the cupboard until it expires.

Just brewed up a pot of Lion Vanilla macadamia coffee. I had this last time I went to Japan, after that I fell in love with Hawaiian coffee. Other coffee just isn't as good and I don't understand people who have tried it and still drink the other stuff when it's available. I have dropped off a bag of Kona at my parents house the last two times I have been home, when I come back I won't be surprised if it hasn't been touched. Hawaiian coffee is so good it literally made me like coffee in the first place, why won't they even try it? I suppose its the same reason some people who are surrounded by fantastic beers still drink Bud light, it's more about complacency than it is about the beer. Although, price may be another factor. Hawaiian coffee is significantly more expensive than regular coffee. But for me, it's like that episode of Frasier, one of the only ones I remember ( give me a break, I was a kid) where the dog "Eddie" gets a taste for this expensive food and then won't eat anything else. But I digress, Lion is fantastic coffee and if you ever find yourself around the pacific you should definitely pick some up. And on top of all of that, the packaging is atheistically pleasing in a classic sort of way and will make people think you are far classier than you really are.
Pull it out when you have people you can't stand over, those McCaf'e drinking Sods won't know what hit 'em

It has my blurry seal of approval
